- The competition is open to all AirAsiaRedTix.com visitors.
- There is no age limit set for participants of the competition. However, children under the age of 12 must have permission to participate and attend the concert from parents/caretakers.
- All employees and directors, together with members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households (whether or not related), of Sponsor and its subsidiaries and equity affiliates and any person supporting the Contest, including the Administrator and its parent, subsidiaries and equity affiliates, and any advertising and promotion agencies of any of the foregoing entities are ineligible to participate or be awarded and retain any contest prize.
- The contest period will be from 15th March 2010 to 18th March 2010, 11:59pm.
- Submissions received after this date will not be entertained or included in the final judging process.
- All participants must send their contest entry to social_redtix@airasia.com with the subject title “What Would YOU give contest entry” to qualify as a legitimate entry.
- All participants must attach a picture of the item(s) they intend to trade in the email to qualify as a legitimate entry.
- All participants must include their full name, I.C./passport number, address and mobile number to qualify as a legitimate entry.
- Entries should not contain any misleading information, defamatory suggestions, remarks, media or references.
- Organisers of the contest reserve the right to claim the item or items that the participant submits.
- All participants must be a follower of @redtix on Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/redtix) before participating.
- To qualify, each entry must begin with the phrase: I wanna go for @zeeavi cause…
- Entries should not contain any misleading information, defamatory suggestions, remarks, media or references.
- Organisers of the contest reserve the right to claim the item or items that the participant submits.
- The judges have the right to disqualify entries whereby information and details provided are misleading or inaccurate.
- Contestants irrevocably agree that any media form of their messages with relevance to the competition may be used by the organisers and sponsors for promotional, advertising and commercial purposes.
- The judges’ decision is final and no appeals will be entertained. Any form of plagiarism will be an immediate reason for disqualification.
- The organisers and judges have the right to amend the competition rules and regulations as they see fit without prior notice.
- Should the proposed winning prize become unavailable, the organisers and judges have the right to replace it with something of equivalent value.
- The winner must arrange for their own mode of transportation to collect the winning prize and attend the contest. The organisers and sponsors are not to be held responsible if the winner is not able to attend the concert.
- The organisers and sponsors are not to be held responsible if the winner is not able collect his or her winning prize at the allocated time, date and location.
- The organisers and sponsors will not be held responsible for any misleading information or defamatory statements, pictures or media published by the individuals on all participating platforms.
- The organizers and sponsors reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions of the contest without giving prior notice to participants. Please check this page regularly for any amendments to the terms & conditions of the contest.
