ELIGIBILITY
This draw (the “Draw”) is open to all AirAsiaRedTix.com visitors who purchase Paramore Live in Kuala Lumpur concert tickets of any tier from AirAsiaRedTix.com.
All employees and directors, together with members of their immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households (whether or not related), of AirAsia Berhad (“ and its subsidiaries, affiliates and any individual or entity in any way involved in the Draw including the administrators of AirAsiaRedTix.com and any advertising and promotion agencies of any of the foregoing entities”) are ineligible to win any prize in relation to the Draw.
CLOSING DATE
Draw eligibility period ends when sales close at 11.59am, 16 October 2010.
Purchases received after this date will not be considered for the Draw.
DISCLAIMER
The Draw organisers (“Organisers”) have the right to disqualify entries where information and/or details provided are misleading or inaccurate.
Draw participants irrevocably agree that any images (still or moving) and quotes of the participants or any other intellectual property created in conjunction with or as a result of the Draw may be used by the Organisers and/or sponsors of the Draw (“Sponsors”) for promotional, advertising and/or commercial purposes.
The announced outcome of the Draw is final and no appeals will be entertained.
The Organisers reserve the right to amend the competition rules and regulations as they see fit without prior notice.
Should the published winning prize(s) become unavailable, the Organisers reserve the right to replace such prize(s) with something of equivalent value.
The winners of the Draw (“Winners”) shall arrange for their own mode of transportation to collect the winning prize. The Organisers and Sponsors are not to be held responsible if Winners are not able to attend the races.
The Organisers and Sponsors shall not be responsible should the Winner(s) fail to collect the winning prize(s) at the allocated time, date and location.
The Organisers and Sponsors shall not be liable for the publishing of any misleading information or defamatory statements, images (still or moving) or any other intellectual property by any party on any platform in relation to the Draw.
The Organisers and Sponsors reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions of the Draw without giving prior notice to participants. Please check this page regularly for any amendments to the terms & conditions of the Draw.
